Global Talent Acquisition Manager
, you'll lead the casting process for top-tier talent across the US and UK corporate functions. This is your chance to direct a high-performing team and deliver a blockbuster hiring strategy during an exciting period of transformation.

What will you be doing?
Strategic Leadership & Partnership

  • You'll define and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, transformation timelines, and local market requirements across the US and UK.
  • You'll mature the TA function to operate as a strategic, consultative partner, using data-driven insights to challenge hiring norms and inform workforce planning.
  • You'll leverage market intelligence, competitor analysis, and global best practices to identify talent pools and anticipate future needs.
  • You'll serve as the primary talent advisor to leadership within US and UK corporate functions, building strong relationships and ensuring adherence to global TA standards.

Operational Excellence

  • You'll design and implement global TA operating models, SOPs, and quality gates to ensure consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring practices.
  • You'll oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for approximately 200 corporate roles annually, focusing on hard-to-fill technical, finance, and commercial positions.
  • You'll drive continuous improvement and innovation by implementing scalable best practices, AI, and automation to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • You'll manage a select portfolio of critical or senior-level requisitions, staying personally involved in strategic searches.
  • You'll develop robust reporting frameworks that deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • You'll lead the migration to a new Oracle ATS system, ensuring a seamless transition for the team and stakeholders.

Compliance & Governance

  • You'll develop and manage the global TA budget, reducing reliance on external agencies in the US market to maximize ROI.
  • You'll ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, standards, and data privacy regulations across US and UK.
  • You'll drive accountability for accurate data capture and integrity within the ATS.
  • You'll evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize ROI and quality of service.

Team Development

  • You'll lead, coach, and mentor a multi-regional team of Talent Acquisition Partners, evolving their capabilities into strategic TA consultants.
  • You'll manage team workflows, foster a supportive environment, and create a high-performance culture focused on discipline, quality-of-hire, speed, and exceptional candidate experience.

About You

  • You have progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, and you've led global or multi-regional TA teams.
  • You understand US and UK labor market dynamics, compliance requirements, and the regulatory differences that impact recruitment.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments and you'll drive results in a transforming organization.
  • You bring expert-level knowledge of corporate and technical recruiting.
  • You have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and you'll secure buy-in for new processes from senior leaders.
  • You've built and implemented scalable TA programs, and you'll bring experience in Employer Branding, internal sourcing capabilities, and early career strategies.
