Dearborn, Michigan, United States Ford Motor Company Full time

You will be responsible for driving the acquisition and retention of dealer partners within your assigned territory. More than a salesperson, you will be a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of dealership operations to help our partners optimize their Finance & Insurance (F&I) departments, enhance profitability, and improve customer loyalty.

If you are a consultative sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry and a talent for building powerful business relationships, this is your opportunity to run a territory like it's your own business, backed by the power and resources of the Ford brand.

You'll Have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B field sales, account management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic territory.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 75%).
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Even Better, You May Have…

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry sales or F&I.
  • Direct experience working for an automotive OEM in a field-based role, interacting with dealerships.
  • Deep understanding of dealership F&I (Finance & Insurance) department operations and profitability drivers.
  • Experience selling intangible products or services (e.g., service contracts, financial products, software).
  • A basic understanding of insurance principles is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple, often conflicting, priorities effectively.

What you'll receive in return…

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage
  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up childcare and more
  • Family building benefits, including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
  • Tuition assistance
  • Established and active employee resource groups
  • Paid time off for individual and team community service
  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
  • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
