The Role
We're looking for a full-time Campus Supervisor to join our community for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 10-month (186-day), non-exempt role that plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and welcoming campus environment. As a Campus Supervisor, you'll help ensure the well-being of students, staff, and visitors while fostering a positive school climate that allows creativity and learning to thrive.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and support positive student behavior across campus, including hallways, common areas, and school events.
- Patrol school grounds to identify and address safety concerns or disruptions.
- Maintain security at school entrances and ensure that all visitors are authorized.
- Assist with safety drills, student detention supervision, and daily campus activity reporting.
- Provide event support, including setting up and breaking down classrooms, galleries, and theaters.
- Assist Facilities with tasks such as moving desks and equipment, light maintenance, and responding to work order tickets.
- Reviewing the Employee Handbook for the school year and submitting a signed Acknowledgement of Receipt and Understanding.
- Performing Departmental-specific duties which will be communicated to you by your direct supervisor.
- Upholding all Standards of Conduct as described in the Employee Handbook.

- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in supervision, security, or a related field.
- Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure. Commitment to equity, anti-racism, and culturally responsive practices. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $26.12, based on OSA's non-certificated salary scale and commensurate with experience. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 10-month (August 2025 through May 2026), full-time, non-exempt role.
