Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Entry-Level Oracle Business Analyst (Functional Consultant Track). The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, assisting in the creation of business process designs, and working on order management tasks. The individual will also contribute to the business analysis and documentation needed for various projects.
This position offers a hybrid work environment — approximately 80% remote — with occasional travel to client sites across the United States as project needs arise.

Ker Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of 
    Oracle ERP
     solutions.
  • Assist in 
    business process analysis and documentation
    , including process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
  • Support the configuration of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., application setup, workflows, roles, and security).
  • Develop and maintain 
    business intelligence reports
     and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools.
  • Collaborate on 
    testing activities
    , including developing test scenarios, executing test plans, and documenting results.
  • Contribute to 
    end-user training materials
     and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Stay up to date with 
    Oracle product updates and new ERP features
     to support continuous learning and client success.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Business Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in learning 
    Oracle ERP applications
     and enterprise business processes.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Prior exposure to or familiarity with 
    Oracle ERP systems
     (Cloud or On-Premise).
  • Coursework or experience in ERP, data analytics, or systems analysis.
