An International medical products company is searching a Entry Level Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Marketing Specialist to join their team in CA. This position is responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining sales activities for existing and / or prospective customers. Conversational level or higher level of Japanese language skill is a must. A* valid driver's license, the ability to travel. *This is a full-time, direct hire position. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Entry Level Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Marketing Specialist Duties:

  • Build strong relationships with local channels to exceed sales targets in the domestic market
  • Travel to customers' locations, address their needs, develop solutions, and process purchase orders
  • Plan and implement sales strategy such as promotions, demonstrations, advertisements etc.
  • Determine customer requirements and propose appropriate service needs
  • Understand specifications for products, present to customers, and negotiate prices
  • Perform accounts receivable duties : Collection of past dues, Deduction analysis and processing
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Entry Level Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Marketing Specialist Skills:

  • Must be able to speak Japanese language at Conversational level (JLPT N2) or above
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Ability to travel to their customer sites
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Multitasking and interpersonal skills
