Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure. This role is fully on-site and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT systems, networks, and VoIP phone systems, ensuring security, and providing technical support to staff. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing both strategic and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Network & Infrastructure Management

o Maintain and optimize company networks, servers, and hardware

o Ensure reliable connectivity and system performance

· VoIP & Communication Systems

o Manage and support VoIP phone systems and related technologies

· IT Support

o Provide helpdesk support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues

· Cybersecurity

o Monitor security protocols to protect company data

o Manage firewalls, antivirus, and backup systems

· Vendor & Licensing Management

o Oversee software licensing and vendor relationships

· Technology Planning

o Recommend upgrades and improvements to meet business needs

o Assist with IT budgeting and cost control

· Compliance

o Ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 3+ years of experience in IT management or similar role

· Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP systems, and IT security

· Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, Salesforce/Litify

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA) preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • 100% In Offifce/On-Site
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 15 pounds at times
