About the Role

Euroland, an Eastern European grocery store, is looking for an Assistant Cook (Meat Preparation) to join our production team. You will be responsible for preparing ground meat and semi-finished products, maintaining food quality, and ensuring that all sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ground meat, fillings, and semi-finished meat products according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain consistent product quality and portion sizes.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a kitchen or food production facility.
  • Knowledge of basic food storage and handling principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
