Material Review Board Field Technician

What to ExpectTesla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field MRB (Material Review Board) Technician to support Field Return and Remanufacturing operations at Gigafactory New York. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for GFNY MRB activities, ensuring that Vehicle and Energy components returning from Service Centers are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational and quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and escalate issues that require cross-functional alignment or leadership support. Your efforts will directly contribute to material accuracy and improve feedback loops.Shift: 7am-7pm.
