Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Holder role based in Covington, KY. The Key Holder will oversee store operations in the absence of management, assist in opening and closing procedures, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include leading the team, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive in-store experience for customers. The role also involves training and supporting team members while upholding operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in product knowledge with a strong understanding of wine, spirits, beer, and cigars.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Experience in retail sales and the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and customer experience skills to ensure a welcoming and satisfying shopping environment.
  • Leadership abilities and accountability to handle store operations effectively during supervisory shifts.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth daily operations.
