Preschool Teacher – Join Our Early Childhood Team

Location: Cave City, Ar

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Position Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team The ideal candidate will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration, positive social interactions, and a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans following early learning standards and program curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encourage positive behavior using nurturing guidance techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members.
  • Observe and document children's progress and share developmental updates.
  • Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (required); CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
  • Experience working with children ages 3–5 in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • Knowledge of child development, positive guidance, and early learning best practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
