About the Role

We're looking for an Administrative Support Specialist who thrives on organization, clarity, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll help keep our team running efficiently by managing schedules, coordinating details, and ensuring that internal operations are handled with care.

You'll join a highly collaborative, supportive remote environment where each team member is trusted, valued, and encouraged to grow.

What You'll Do
  • Keep calendars, schedules, and team planning organized and up to date

  • Support logistics for meetings, reviews, and internal events

  • Maintain clear, accurate, easy-to-access documentation

  • Dive in with practical, proactive solutions when challenges arise

  • Offer ideas and feedback to help improve how our studio collaborates and communicates

What We're Looking For
  • Someone organized, detail-oriented, and energized by checking things off a list

  • A clear, friendly communicator who keeps others informed and aligned

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing track of the small things

  • Tech-comfortable, experience with scheduling tools or project management software is a plus (but not required)

  • Previous admin or support experience is great, but dependability, adaptability, and proactiveness matter most
