Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Join our client, a dynamic Baton Rouge consultancy, as a Project Manager and orchestrate successful projects for our clients In this leadership role, you'll be the bridge between clients, teams, and deliverables. You'll ensure transparency, manage scope and timelines, and guide projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather client needs, translate them into actionable plans, and keep stakeholders informed.

  • Lead projects from the ground up, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.

  • Transparency Champion: Implement systems to ensure clear visibility into project progress for all stakeholders.

  • Motivate and empower teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication across functions.

  • Prepare and facilitate key project meetings, keeping everyone aligned.

  • Define and track project success metrics, ensuring all efforts contribute to client goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex situations and build strong relationships across teams.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Scrum Master and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
