Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the casual dining sector. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of hospitality management.

Duties

  • Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, including kitchen management, food preparation, and food production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Train and develop staff on POS systems, customer service techniques, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the casual dining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
