As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. What you'll do

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Conduct training sessions on upselling techniques, public speaking, and customer service excellence.
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability for customers.
  • Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling to expand the dealership's client base.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that attract high-end clientele.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role within a dealership setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math principles.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury automobile sales is highly desirable.
