Part-Time Admin Assistant Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies
  • Submit Subaru aftermarket contracts.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Support with data entry and routine clerical tasks.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and provide backup to the front desk when needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining an organized, professional office environment.

Schedule: * Flexible between 8AM - 7PM

Qualifications

Part-Time Admin Assistant Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in automotive logistics or administration is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Driver's License.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
