Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across outside sales channels, including retail and telemarketing efforts.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, negotiation, and personalized customer service.
  • Oversee sales administration tasks such as documentation, reporting, and benefits administration to streamline operations.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Experience in sales administration, benefits management, or marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to engage in telemarketing campaigns effectively while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations relevant to insurance or healthcare-related services is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
