KADANT BLACK CLAWSON LLC is an established leader in equipment and systems for the international pulp and paper process industries.  For 150 years, we've helped our customers reduce their input costs and improve efficiency through innovative products and technologies.  Our sustainability efforts have been nationally recognized, and Kadant is also listed on the New York Stock Exchange (KAI).  Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Lebanon, OH, where we design and manufacture our products for customers across the globe.

We currently seek to fill the position of Graphic Design/Marketing Intern to support our Marketing Manager in the creation and coordination of technical publications and presentation materials for Kadant Black Clawson's sales and marketing activities, all while advancing KBC's mission of being a forward-thinking, collaborative, and ethical business.

This role is temporary/part-time. Estimated assignment is January-May of 2026. Hours are flexible (under 29 hours per week). This is an in-person role at our facility in Lebanon, OH.

Responsibilities
  • Works with Marketing Manager to develop and produce materials to support technical and commercial product promotion in the pulp and paper industry.
  • Works closely with Marketing Manager to develop and manage content on company webpages, YouTube channel, and other locations.
  • Creates, maintains, and manages library of digital presentations, photographs, videos, and all other marketing material.
  • Produces printed and digital matter, e.g. catalogs, sales aids, displays, bulletins, videos, and other products.
  • Manages and provides data and collateral material for internal SharePoint directories.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
  • Expertise using the full Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Affect Effects and Premier.
  • Technical knowledge and website design experience using Sigma software.
  • Demonstrates KBC values of personal accountability, discipline, trust, and proactive action.
  • Courses taken towards an associate or bachelor's degree in a related marketing or graphic design field is required.
