  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors for maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and repair services.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance for cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain positive relationships with service providers to ensure timely and reliable support.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure facilities are compliant with OSHA, EPA, fire safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain required records, permits, and inspection documentation.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions.

  • Provide clear communication and updates to operations leadership.
  • Lead special projects including remodels, expansions, or capital improvements.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of facilities management, property management, or maintenance leadership experience (multi-site strongly preferred).
  • Proven hands-on experience in facility and equipment repair, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lifts, compressors, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to personally troubleshoot and repair shop machinery, building systems, and facility components as needed.
  • Experience creating and managing preventative maintenance programs.
  • Skilled in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance oversight.
  • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and deliver cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities across multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
