Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive living environment for residents while ensuring the property is well-managed and compliant with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

  • Manage the overall operations of the community, including resident relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Oversee property maintenance activities and coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management using property management software.
  • Develop and implement community programs to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety standards are met and address any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to ensure that all common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Attend Board and Homeowner meetings

Skills

  • Proficiency in property management software is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of property maintenance practices and facilities management.
  • Experience with administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry and record keeping.
