About the Opportunity

A top-ranked national design-build general contractor is expanding its footprint across industrial, cold storage, manufacturing, and data center markets — and is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth efforts in the Western U.S.

This is a senior-level role focused on new client acquisition, relationship building, and market expansion, working directly with executive leadership, estimating, and design teams to shape high-value pursuits nationwide.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, design-build, or EPC environments.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality — skilled in cold calling, market outreach, and executive-level relationship building.
  • Ability to translate technical project concepts into clear client value propositions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with estimating, design, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related).
