The Role:

Fetch is seeking a Head of Product Design to elevate our design culture, unify our brand and product experiences, and lead a multidisciplinary team shaping products millions of people love to use every day.

This is a role for a design executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, craft, and leadership, someone ready to define and drive the design vision across product, brand, and experience.

You'll lead a growing design organization spanning design for the Fetch app and enterprise tools, UX research. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, QA, and Support to deliver world-class experiences that deepen engagement and loyalty through all brand touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

Design Leadership

  • Lead and inspire Fetch's growing design organization across consumer and enterprise teams
  • Grow and increase the impact of UX research, growing confidence in product and design decisions
  • Define and evolve the long-term design vision and operating model across every surface from our consumer app to enterprise tools and future products
  • Foster a culture that balances creative ambition, beauty, and usability with measurable impact to topline company goals

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to define user-centered strategies that drive growth, engagement, and delight
  • Align UX research with the data analytics org to deliver powerful qualitative and quantitative insights that drive action
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, and Sales/GTM teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
  • Champion design thinking and user-centered decision-making throughout the company
  • Shape design's influence at the executive level, ensuring it plays a central role in Fetch's product and business strategy

Team Growth & Mentorship

  • Develop and mentor emerging leaders, fostering a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, and excellence
  • Create an environment where designers feel empowered to experiment, innovate, and grow their craft
  • Scale and structure the design organization for long-term success, including hiring strategy, career development, and org design

Execution & Excellence

  • Raise the bar for product design, interaction design, and research quality across the Fetch ecosystem
  • Ensure design systems and processes enable speed, scalability, and consistency across teams
  • Advocate for the user and the value of great design in every conversation, from feature reviews to executive planning
  • Deliver a world-class app experience, firmly positioning Fetch as best-in-class, regardless of industry comparable

Who You Are:

You're a design executive with the vision and experience to scale an award-winning product design team within a high-growth environment. You bring both taste and rigor, a designer's eye and a leader's mind.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in product design, with 7+ years in design leadership 
  • Experience in consumer technology, ideally within high-frequency engagement categories like gaming, fitness, social, music, or learning
  • Experience integrating ads or monetization seamlessly into product experiences 
  • Proven success designing for mass-market audiences with strong brand equity
  • A track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing design teams
  • Deep understanding of design systems, UX strategy, and design research practices
  • Experience integrating AI tooling into workflows for impact; including research, asset design, prototyping, and analysis
  • A portfolio (yours and/or your team's) that demonstrates exceptional visual polish and strategic clarity
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit that bridges creative, technical, and business teams
  • Experience with the full Design/Research tooling stack
