DAC Fitness is looking for an experienced and motivated collections specialist to join our dynamic collections team. Your duties will include processing customer refunds, reviewing account alterations, resolving client inconsistencies, and collecting overdue payments.

The role requires someone with the ability to balance between maintaining trustful relationships and guaranteeing timely payments. You should possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

For maximum success, you should:
  • Be able to Smile.
  • Know how to use a computer.
  • Be a multi-tasker, a self-starter, and a social enthusiast. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player.
  • Tough skin is highly recommended (You will get yelled at by a member a time or two.)
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Supervise assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts.
  • Develop effective repayment plans.
  • Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
  • Oversee all monthly payments and refunds.
  • The ability to communicate well in person and on the phone.

Compensation: $ $15.00 per hour

Who Are We?  We're proud to be the leading fitness provider in DeSoto County, evolving our programming and facilities to reflect the latest trends in the fitness industry.  The DeSoto Athletic Club opened its doors in 1999, opening the first health club of its kind in DeSoto County.  Today, we still operate under the same ownership but the club itself has gone through many evolutions since its opening date.
