As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol chemical and petrochemical locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a positive atmosphere, while your strong customer service skills and communication will support daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with particular attention to chemical and petrochemical areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity or potential hazards within the location and report findings promptly.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to chemical and petrochemical environments.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities as required by site protocols.
• Assist with access control measures, verifying credentials and helping to manage entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
