Responsibilities

  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls, chats and emails
  • Identify the customer's needs, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Refer to written instructions for a variety of customer service topics
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved to their complete satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively

You will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have an excellent customer service experience with our company.
