As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you'll represent one of the most recognized names in telecommunications while learning the ins and outs of customer engagement, solution-based selling, and business development. Entry Level AT&T Assistant Must-Dos:

  • Interact directly with customers to showcase AT&T's wireless and fiber solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Sell and upsell products that enhance customer communication and connectivity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and tailor solutions to match their goals.
  • Manage territory goals, track metrics, and consistently exceed sales benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop marketing strategies that drive local impact.
  • Participate in company meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions.
  • Represent Powershift Marketing and AT&T with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
