Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inspector Entry Level to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will utilize various precision measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques to perform thorough inspections and analyses. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in quality control within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Perform vision inspections and utilize coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain records in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
  • Assist in conducting quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality systems and standards.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability and safety.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for effective quality inspection.
  • Experience or coursework related to QA/QC practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for inspection tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
