We're looking for a talented Graphic Design Production Artist to join our fast-paced creative team. In this role, you'll blend creativity with production expertise — preparing client artwork for print, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in every project, and helping bring concepts to life through thoughtful design execution. What You'll Do
- Interpret and prepare artwork files for large-format printing with speed and precision
- Execute layout revisions, design adjustments, and photo edits based on client and production needs
- Work with the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator) and Mac-based systems to develop production-ready files
- Review projects with a keen eye for color, detail, sizing, and brand consistency
- Communicate clearly with teammates, supervisors, and occasionally clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date on new software tools, techniques, and industry trends
- Maintain organization, professionalism, and a strong commitment to quality
- Present all work in a polished, professional manner
- Take pride in your work — whether it's an exciting creative layout or a high-volume production task
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator proficiency required)
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals, layout, and pre-press preparation
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and visual consistency
Ability to work under deadline pressure without compromising quality
Positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a design or production-graphics environment
- Experience in photography, web design, or video a plus
Portfolio required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud environment
