In this strategic recruiting role, you will lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for high-priority technical, investing, and platform roles. You will design and implement scalable sourcing strategies, map talent markets with precision, and partner with leaders to make data-driven hiring decisions. The position involves building compelling candidate experiences, running structured interview processes, and advising stakeholders with clear, actionable insights. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-agency environment, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and AI-driven workflows to identify and engage top talent. Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic roles across investing, engineering, and platform teams.
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements, create competitive hiring strategies, and validate assumptions using market intelligence.
  • Design structured, high-signal candidate funnels to enable fast, evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing campaigns and outreach that reflect the organization's culture and values.
  • Manage interview loops to ensure alignment, quality, and efficient hiring from intake to offer.
  • Support onboarding and integration for new hires, including structured check-ins and continuous improvement of ramp processes.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of technical recruiting experience in high-performance, high-velocity environments (startups, trading, infrastructure, frontier tech, or similar).
  • Expert-level sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter mastery, advanced Boolean search, and creative talent mapping.
  • Proven success breaking into hard-to-access talent markets (crypto, AI/ML, engineering infrastructure, or deep technical leadership roles).
  • Ability to build structured, evidence-based hiring strategies, including funnel design, signal extraction, and assessment mapping.
  • Strong communication skills with concise synthesis and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Data fluency and experience using recruiting metrics and market intelligence to drive decisions and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a distributed, high-agency environment.
