A top global law firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to support firmwide lateral partner recruiting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, manages complex logistics seamlessly, and prioritizes an exceptional candidate experience.
This role will be hybrid and can sit in NYC or D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the lateral partner recruiting pipeline while ensuring a premium, high-touch candidate experience.
  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Lead planning and execution of private partner recruiting dinners, including logistics, communications, budgets, and partner engagement.
  • Support the creation of market intelligence reports on firms and prospective candidates.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and search firms, providing updates, gathering information, and securing timely feedback.
  • Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for new lateral partners.
  • Occasionally work evenings/weekends for events and time-sensitive needs; travel as necessary.
  • Handle additional special projects and recruiting initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and operate with professionalism.
  • Strong MS Word skills; proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
