Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing the front desk area, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front office area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
