Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of a residential community, including collection of HOA payments, and maintaining accurate account records.
  • Coordinate intake of application processing for owners and tenants.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and oversee vendor relationships for property maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, clean, and compliant with community CC&R's and state law.
  • Resolve conflicts between residents or staff through effective conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries via phone or in person with professional etiquette
  • Prepare financial reports for the board of directors.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses

Qualifications

  • Hold a current Florida state Community Association Manager license.
  • Proven experience in as a Community Association Manager.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Suite and property management software.
  • Office experience including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices
  • Supervisory experience
