Community Association Manager

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Community Association Manager, where you'll lead the management and operations of residential community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee property functions, foster positive relationships with residents, and coordinate maintenance and administrative activities. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will drive community success and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a residential community, including collection of HOA payments, and maintaining accurate account records.
- Coordinate intake of application processing for owners and tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee vendor relationships for property maintenance and repairs
- Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to ensure properties are safe, clean, and compliant with community CC&R's and state law.
- Resolve conflicts between residents or staff through effective conflict management and negotiation skills
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries via phone or in person with professional etiquette
- Prepare financial reports for the board of directors.
- Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses
Qualifications
- Hold a current Florida state Community Association Manager license.
- Proven experience in as a Community Association Manager.
- Excellent Written and Verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Suite and property management software.
- Office experience including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices
- Supervisory experience
