Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office software, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks is essential to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments. (PAY DEPENDENT ON HOURS AND EXPERIENCE) also have alot of options for bonuses and comisions.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
  • Assist with office management tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining supplies
  • Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic office bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Support personal assistant duties or medical/dental receptionist responsibilities as needed

Qualifications (no experience needed)

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative roles
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients or patients
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment

This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our administrative team by providing outstanding support that keeps our operations running smoothly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $5, $96,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 – 80 per week
