Essential Duties of the Client Support Trainee:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery
  • Present and sell telecom products and service packages that align with each client's unique needs and goals
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive outreach, regular check-ins, and thoughtful follow-up
  • Monitor account performance and satisfaction levels to identify sales opportunities and prevent churn
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Support Trainees and Sales teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently, maintaining trust and satisfaction
  • Stay current on telecom industry developments, competitor offerings, and client-specific updates to stay ahead of the curve
  • Represent our partner brands with integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client success as a Client Support Trainee
  • Participate in sales strategy sessions, performance reviews, and client feedback loops to continuously improve account outcomes
