Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and motivated Real Estate Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Acquisitions Representative to join our growing real estate investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with homeowners, qualifying motivated sellers, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based sales, understands real estate conversations, and wants to grow inside a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and warm calls to homeowners to identify potential selling opportunities
  • Qualify leads by understanding property details, seller motivation, timeline, and price expectations
  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners through professional, empathetic communication
  • Set qualified appointments for the acquisitions team to present offers
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and lead status in the company CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who are not ready to sell immediately
  • Work closely with marketing and acquisitions teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Maintain a clear understanding of our real estate buying process and value proposition

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, acquisitions, cold calling, or inside sales preferred
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections confidently
  • Comfortable having structured conversations about property condition, timelines, and pricing
  • Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Podio, REsimpli, or similar) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based sales environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail
