Sales Development Representative
Candidate Must Reside in the US or Canada
Next Tech Automation is an automation general contractor focused on the Food Manufacturing Industry. Our customers source everything from individual solutions to complete greenfield plant builds. Next Tech is at an exciting opportunity for growth to expand our customer base with the role of a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
The SDR role is responsible for generating new opportunity leads. The majority of the role consists of calling and emailing potential customers, working to set up a meeting for introduction to our CEO.

SDR Responsibilities
- Research potential customers in preparation for calls
- Email and call daily (more than 150+ calls per day)
- Develop trust with potential customers and schedule a meeting for introduction to Next Tech's CEO
- Manage call logs and CRM
Relevant Experience
- Experience with cold calling (either on the phone or in-person)
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Experience in a B2B sales environment (preference in capital equipment or large project sales)
- Experience in speaking with high-level team leadership (VP's, Plant Managers, CEO's)
- Preferred – Experience with Zoom Info, Hubspot, Outbound Email Campaigns, and Power Dialer Software
Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
