What You'll Do:

The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the product development team and facilitate working processes on strategic initiatives within cross-functional departments. They are responsible for the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of the assigned projects. They support project integration, control, and completion, working under the guidance of senior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with Design, PMO, Marketing, Global Quality, Global Operations, Global Vendors, Asia Product Development, and Asia Engineering executing the following:
• Drive and guide the product development process from concept to production
• Oversee cost breakdown evaluation and execute cost saving studies
• Track product development milestones and monitor project schedule
• Coordinate with design and quality teams to create and define product specifications and their related testing methods
• Track and evaluate factory product samples throughout the product development process
• Manage communication and develop effective relationships with vendors
• Plan and implement projects, including defining the project goals, initial product costs, budget, schedule, milestones, and resourcing requirements.
• Prepare and provide status reports on project milestones to the broader business and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of project deliverables, design documents, and bid packages with vendors.
• Escalate and facilitate day-to-day activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and product development troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement any needed process improvements to maximize project efficiency.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Bring It

• University/College degree a plus or post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or project coordinator role.
• Previous experience in Product Development is a plus.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and proficient in multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Advanced computer skills specifically in MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Workfront experience is preferred.

Munchkin's Hybrid Schedule is where an employee works in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely from home on Tuesday and Friday. We also provide annual weeklong global office closures giving our people a chance to recharge.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
