What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Enter and process orders in NetYield.
  • Manage and maintain Shopify orders.
  • Assist customers with order issues and inquiries.
  • Schedule routes and deliveries.

What We're Looking For (Preferred, but Not Required):

  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Knowledge of fish/seafood.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word & Excel.
