The Company is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with the Vice President of Sales to define and achieve sales goals through marketing and business development activities.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage division marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts in compliance with corporate direction and approved budget.
  • Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management.
  • Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system.
  • Manage new community/model setup.
  • Oversee MLS activities.
  • Conduct new hire sales office orientations.
  • Provide HubSpot training to new hires
  • Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market capture for existing and new communities.
  • Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance.
  • Intercept leads from websites such as and other syndicated sites.

  • Track record of success in a similar position

  • Experience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industry
