Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The Company is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with the Vice President of Sales to define and achieve sales goals through marketing and business development activities.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage division marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts in compliance with corporate direction and approved budget.
- Monitor, review, and report the status of marketing plans and projects to management.
- Build brand awareness with Realtors, businesses, major employers, relocation companies, and other potential business affiliates in the area to establish a grassroots marketing system.
- Manage new community/model setup.
- Oversee MLS activities.
- Conduct new hire sales office orientations.
- Provide HubSpot training to new hires
- Analyze current market conditions, customer research, and competitor information to make suggestions for increasing market capture for existing and new communities.
- Monitor and manage the division Sales Teams' CRM performance.
- Intercept leads from websites such as and other syndicated sites.
Qualifications:
- Track record of success in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques
- Experience with and understanding of processes of the production homebuilding industry
- Project a positive image of the company

- Act with the appropriate tact, personal integrity, and open-mindedness
