We're seeking an
exceptional Senior Vice President of Operations (SVP of Ops)
to take charge of multi-site operations, drive performance excellence, and spearhead growth across the U.S. portfolio. This is your chance to

What You'll Do

  • Lead Daily Operations:
    Oversee all communities nationwide — ensuring excellence in care, service, and financial outcomes.
  • Inspire Leaders:
    Coach, mentor, and empower regional and corporate leadership teams to perform at their best.
  • Turnaround & Growth:
    Strategically boost occupancy, control expenses, and drive NOI improvement through on-site leadership and innovation.
  • Deliver Results:
    Meet and exceed financial targets while aligning execution with long-term growth goals.
  • Champion Expansion:
    Oversee seamless integration of new acquisitions and establish best practices across all properties.


What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of
    senior leadership experience
    in senior housing, healthcare, or hospitality operations.
  • Proven success in
    turnaround management
    — driving occupancy, NOI, and overall performance.
  • Strong
    financial and strategic acumen
    with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional
    leadership, communication, and team development
    skills.
  • Willingness to
    travel up to 50%
    to visit communities and engage with on-site leaders.
