The Vice President supports the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company, overseeing daily operations across residential and commercial real estate divisions. This role focuses on operational excellence, business growth, agent development, and compliance while promoting a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across company offices and real estate divisions.
  • Oversee residential and commercial departments to ensure performance, productivity, and service goals are achieved.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies for business growth, agent recruitment, and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to all FREC and NAR regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to agents, brokers, and office staff.
  • Foster clear communication, teamwork, and client satisfaction throughout the organization.
  • Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements, performance monitoring, and long-term strategic initiatives
