Administrative Assistant

The Pine Street team is seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time administrative assistant position. The administrative assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the Pine Street behavioral health clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Coordinate electronic health record calendar and schedule appointments for service providers
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas
- Inventories and purchases office supplies
- Maintains computer databases and records
- Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
- Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed
Requirements:
- high school diploma or equivalency
- computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- detail-oriented and organized
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong interpersonal, customer relations skills
Schedule Detail:
- 11am-7pm
- bi-weekly Saturdays
