Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. Primary responsibilities include generating leads, building customer relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a key touchpoint for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, providing product recommendations, and maintaining high service standards. The role also involves actively driving sales growth and identifying new opportunities to support the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Account Management and building client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
- Previous experience in textiles, wallcovering, or commercial interiors is a plus
