With 135 employees and 5 strategically located warehouses, we are one of the region's leading distributors of surfaces, composites, plywood, hardwood, and hardware.
Now, we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who shares our belief that being a "relationship company" is more than a slogan—it's how we work.
What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of Aetna to our customers. You'll:
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by listening, problem-solving, and delivering value every day.
- Partner with our outside sales team and product managers to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
- Drive sales results by managing inbound and outbound calls, providing quotes, and following up on opportunities.
- Develop expertise in Aetna's products and applications so you can be a trusted resource.
- Keep customer and sales activity up to date in our CRM to ensure smooth collaboration across the team.

Required Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
