Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and adaptable Project Manager/Scheduling Coordinator to manage crew schedules, subcontractor coordination, and real-time updates to our company calendar. This role is fast-paced and requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly adjust to evolving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules for painting and maintenance crews.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors to align with project timelines.
  • Update the company schedule in real time to reflect job progress and changes.
  • Communicate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and Fort Carson housing representatives.
  • Track work orders, timelines, and crew availability with precision.
  • Dispatch field staff and assist with onboarding and job site coordination.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and document management.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and scheduling software.
  • Embrace and implement process changes to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving processes.
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination (construction or maintenance industry preferred).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with military housing or government contracting is a plus.
