Schedules:

  • Renal Center:
    4×10-hour shifts (7:00 AM–5:30 PM), weekdays, 1 opening
  • Emergency Dept & Inpatient Med-Surg (FLOAT):
    5×8-hour shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), weekdays, 4 openings
  • Outpatient Clinics:
    5×8-hour shifts (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), weekdays, 4 openings
  • Weekend coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care, case management, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor social work staff.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for behavioral health services.
  • Monitor staff performance and participate in professional development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active California Social Worker license.
  • Minimum 6 months (1,000 hours) healthcare social work experience (field placement or post-graduate).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
