About the Role

Are you the ultimate multitasker who thrives on keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? Do you love being the go-to person who always has the answers, the forms, and the snacks (optional but appreciated)? If you enjoy supporting a dynamic team, staying organized amid the chaos, and making operations hum smoothly - we want to meet you

As our Administrative Assistant - Operations, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our sales, service, and office operations stay on track. From purchasing parts to managing schedules to keeping our shop ready for action, your impact will be felt everywhere.

What You'll Do

Keep things moving: Provide top-notch administrative and clerical support for our service shop - sourcing, purchasing, receiving, dispatching, and more. Support the crew: Help track fleet readiness, schedule jobs, and streamline processes so the team can deliver the best service in town. Be a parts pro: Assist with procurement, inventory management, and warehouse logistics. (Bonus points if you love color-coded spreadsheets.) Get hands-on: Participate in physical inventories and maybe even hop on a forklift (we'll train you) to move parts or supplies safely. Be the glue: Collaborate across departments, communicate like a pro, and jump in to help wherever needed. Make it better: Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help us level up our operations.

What You Bring

High school diploma (associate degree = extra credit). 3+ years of experience in admin, operations, or customer service (bonus if it's in service, logistics, or equipment rental). You're fluent in Microsoft Office and know your way around business software. Exceptional organization skills - you thrive on juggling priorities without dropping the ball. A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills. A knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.

Why You'll Love Working Here
