Your Role as an STNA:

As an STNA at The Mariemont Care Center, you will provide hands-on care for residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. You'll work closely with nurses and other team members to deliver exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
  • Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Current STNA certification in Ohio
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to resident care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
