Summary Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Systems Support Administrator to support our Service Department's ERP system. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in ERP administration, reporting, and service operations.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and ready to assist Service Management, Accounting, and IT in maintaining system functionality and improving processes across multiple departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Service ERP platform.
  • Provide basic user support and guidance for service team members.
  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and departmental workflows.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate data across service orders, customer records, billing, and inventory.
  • Support development and generation of reports and dashboards for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on system updates, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system use and streamline processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in ERP administration, business systems, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as BuildOps or ServiceTrade is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
