Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Team Member to support our office operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, proficiency with various software tools, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse client needs. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

Duties

  • Provide customer and staff support via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professional phone etiquette by answering phones and emails — handle service orders, quote requests, order conversions, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records for rentals, service schedules, customer accounts, and inventory using SanMan.
  • Manage house account customers by creating and converting orders, scheduling pick-ups, and creating work orders for these accounts
  • Handle clerical duties including typing, document preparation, and report generation
  • Ensure efficient office operations through organizational skills and time management
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry software is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities to assist diverse clients are advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential
  • Proven ability to handle phone systems professionally and maintain excellent customer support standards

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to providing outstanding administrative support. Veterans are encouraged to apply

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour
