Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative solutions that align with user needs and organizational vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and iterate digital experiences.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize design facilitation skills to build strong cross-functional relationships.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and develop processes for tackling design challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and success metrics.
  • Experience in applying human-centered design principles in digital product development.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with current UX research and methodologies.
